Our 5th Class were very fortunate this month to take part in a special PE collaboration with St. Patrick’s College, DCU. Both of our 5th classes had the opportunity to work alongside the fourth-year B.Ed students, focusing on the Outdoor & Adventure strand of the PE curriculum.
Throughout the sessions, the pupils took part in a range of exciting orienteering and adventure challenges, including Photo Star and Symbol Star orienteering games. Using orienteering maps, the boys navigated from one control point to another, building teamwork, problem-solving, and navigation skills along the way.
