Earlier today we were delighted to present a cheque to Anita, from Special Olympics Ireland, for the money raised from our Penalty Shoot-Out and Obstacle Course.
The presentation took place this morning at our final whole school assembly of the year. Anita spoke to all the pupils about where the money will go; describing how it helps those with intellectual disabilities to reach their full potential in sport.
Thanks again to Ms Rafter, Ms Gallagher and Ms Power who helped to organise and co-ordinate the events.
