Well done, Lads! Unfortunately, the National Finals have been cancelled due to the COVID-19 crisis but we're still so proud of our wonderful boys!

St Patrick's BNS is celebrating 125 years!

Unfortunately, due to the ongoing COVID-19 crisis we have cancelled the events to mark the 125th anniversary of St. Patrick's BNS. Many thanks to those who sent in old photos, news articles and fond memories about the school. They were so interesting and we look forward to sharing them with the children when we return.

Peace Proms 2020

Massive congratulations to our two 5th classes who participated in Peace Proms 2020 on Sunday, February 2nd, in the RDS!

By all accounts it was a truly spectacular event involving thousands of school children from all over Ireland singing as one choir, accompanied by a live orchestra.

Parents and families were enthralled for the show that, as you can imagine, required months of preparation by all involved; well done to all our St. Patrick's BNS boys for all their hard work and enthusiasm!

We must also mention the huge efforts of their teachers, Ms. Collins and Ms. Sansom, their SNA, Catherine, and organising teacher, Ms. Doyle.

Check out this short Peace Proms 2020 video that gives you a small flavour of the atmosphere in the RDS on Sunday 2nd February!

Credit Union Schools' Quiz 2020

Congratulations to our sixteen St. Patrick's BNS boys who participated in this year's Credit Union Schools' Quiz on Friday 31st January 2020. The event took place in our Senior School hall.

Twenty eight teams took part altogether, with one of our teams (under 11s) progressing onto the next round! A super achievement for those involved!

Well done to all our pupils who represented our school so brilliantly on the day. We're very proud of you all!

Finally, many thanks to one of our parents, Mary Butler (Drumcondra Credit Union), who organised the event in our school.mary butler credit union

Visit to the Mansion House

Our Student Council and Ms. Bowe's pupils enjoyed a visit to the Mansion House recently. There they met Dublin's Lord Mayor, Cllr. Paul McAuliffe, and Cllr. Gary Gannon.
