Pictured alongside Ms. Bassett and two pupils are Ms. Bomi Kim (Third Secretary and Vice Consul),

Ms. Jinsol Choi (Administrative Officer) and Mrs. Catherine Shanahan (formerly of the Education Centre).

The Embassy of The Republic of Korea visited St. Patrick's BNS on October 4th as part of an organised school visit programme called "Bring Korea to your Class".

The boys had great fun learning about the meaning of the Korean flag, and lots about Korean culture. They learned about sports such as Taekwondo and football, Korean food and the Korean traditional costume (known as Hanboks).

They even got the chance to try out the traditional Korean games of Jegi Chagi and Ddakji!

The visitors wished to thank everyone for such a warm welcome; "We really enjoyed meeting everyone in 6th class, as well as the Teaching Staff!"
